I.N.D.I.A. TRUST UPDATES
NATIONAL LEADERSHIP MISSION

India has attained political freedom sixty years ago.

Hundreds and thousands of political, social, educational, business and religious leaders have been declaring for so many years that we will also achieve social, educational and economic freedom.

Have we accomplished this feat?

As we come across millions of events that have taken place in our country, for the last so many years, a clear picture is emerging.

India's 7,00,000 villages are still struggling to see the enlightenment of the National Human Resource Development Mission.

WHAT ARE THE REASONS?

Affluent citizens do not care about their rural brethren.
Educated youth from rural areas migrate to urban areas in search of greener pastures.
Rural - Urban divide is discussed only at the policy level.
Human Resource Development Programmes in villages do not have tangible, measurable index for growth.
Political, religious and social divisions undermine the natural human potential.
We were not able to create real committed Rural Leaders among the rural youth to take care of their environment.
Educated boys and girls from villages despite their knowledge and technical skills do not have exposure to the greater part of their future world.
Rural boys and girls lack local initiative in understanding and harnessing their indigenous power.
A momentous psychologically complex negative mental attitude prevails in the minds of majority of youth because of the years of discrimination and social injustice.
The developed community lacks real and full commitment to share their knowledge, wisdom and resources to the rural ignorant youth.

Last but not the least, we still hear from the top people that the conventional development models of development like quota system and other factors will contribute to the integrated development of rural youth.

But, that is not the way the real development should take place!

Give our rural boys and girls the Opportunity and not alms.
Give our socially discriminated boys and girls knowledge and know how and not advice and suggestion.
Give our boys and girls scholarship and empowerment and not money and meal.
Give our socially deprived boys and girls competitive advantage and not community privileges.

The decision on the destiny of India should no more be confined only to the elite and the affluent.

Four hundred million young blood of our country is now waiting to receive the helping hand of the powerful visionary leadership.

I.N.D.I.A TRUST WILL ESTABLISH A WORLD CLASS UNIVERSITY TO EDUCATE, TRAIN AND DEVELOP OUR EDUCATED YOUTH OF THE RURAL SECTOR, STUDIED AND STUDYING IN HUNDREDS OF UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES AND SCHOOLS.
